Using the shade

It's been a quiet day today. We did the weekly shop this morning and after that, not a great deal. I spent an hour this afternoon sorting my wardrobe and weeding out items for the charity shop but after an hour the heat was too much so I retired to the relative cool and fan in my office.

There I spent a bit of time perusing the Heritage Open Days website (https://www.heritageopendays.org.uk/) and have made a note of a few places I would like to visit during the September Open Days. It's quite remarkable what is on offer for free between the 9th and the 18th of September.
