claire jones (and her husband!) are buying their first house at exactly the same time as me! so exciting! we've been friends since we were 7 so it's ace to be doing this at the same time.

i've been looking for some unique espresso mugs for a while now (harder than i thought it would be!). claire and i went house shopping this afternoon and she treated me to these tiny little espresso mugs. how cute!
