Remnants of Summer

The seed head of the Japanese Anenome and in extra the remanants of the agapanthus.
We had a real snorter frost this morning.....I was (momentarily) tempted to brave the cold and find a frosted flower for flower Friday, but the warmth of the fire won me over.  
So this afternoon, I did venture out to the garden. I tell you, I took my life into my own hands feet going onto the sloped garden.  It is rediculiously boggy wet.
We're doing the lazy thing for dins tonight....getting takeaways from the "chippy"
