A new recipe trial
Although I have been making virtually all our bread for many years I had never had a go at focaccia. This recipe uses sourdough discard, which I have a supply of from my usual baking, so it seemed like a good idea. Very simple it turned out and a very pleasing result. Although the bread is often festooned with items like tomatoes and olives, this first time I just put some rosemary on the top. Will certainly do it again.
