Ice pattern

Gym early. Just me as my husband waited in for a package which arrived after I got home.
Put my water bottle in the freezer and a couple of hours later when I took it out saw this pattern of ice. Looks better on the bottle rather than the picture. But you get an idea of what it is like . Spoke with my sister this morning on messenger. She had an injection of hyaluronic acid yesterday into the gap by her vocal chords to try to kick start them into working again . She said she has a sore throat, sore neck and a tongue that a chow would be proud of . Not allowed to speak for 2 weeks. Hope it works for her
