A Penny for Them?

Seen on the Hive Beach near Burton Bradstock this morning, a weary diver trudges up the beach as the visitors start to flock there.

Another gorgeous day in Paradise, and we swam before the crowds arrived this morning.  The shock of the (relative) cold is not as extreme now and I can see us doing much more cold water swimming, even as the weather changes.

And in the Extra, heads bob in the water this side of the horizon.  The bottom slopes quite steeply from the beach at high tide so it's quick to get into deeper water; once there you yell at anyone grimacing at the cold on their feet in the shallows, "It's lovely when you get in . . . !"
