Falling apart x twice

're the hand/arm problem.Rang his clinic and was told appointments have to made through my Dr. 
Right.Sorted that out.
I thought while I'm at it I'll ring the Eye hospital to enquire if I'm anywhere near having my cataracts done.Doh !!!
After my examination I was told I could think about it SO when I was back home I did decided to go ahead. Rang straight back to appointments and the girl was helpful.
Or so I thought !!! Today I explained it to the girl and she could find no trace.
Of an appointment.
This receptionist said she would ring me back after speaking to the Surgeon.
She did but still nothing about my operation.
The surgeon is going on holiday and will check my records on her return.
I think it would be easier to use a white stick. :( 
Other than that I'm far too hot and sick as a parrot !!!
