Frank Leonard Dolman

I went to the funeral of my friend Wendy’s dad in the church at Fulbourn. Wendy and her sister, Hazel, gave him a wonderful send off with Wendy writing and delivering the eulogy and Hazel reading a poem. Frank was an engineer and heavily into his vintage bikes. His pals did a wonderful procession on their bikes, leading Frank on his final journey from his home to St Vigors. Wendy joined the procession in a beautiful red sidecar.
As usual, it was lovely to see Ian & Wendy and Ali & James. We’ve known each other nearly 40 years and, although we don’t get together as often as we’d like, we’re always there for each other when it really counts.
