Raclette

On my way into Edinburgh I stopped off at the Bush Estate to visit the Head of Sustainable Agriculture to explore issues of common interest. The Bush is also the home of the Vet School, hence the horse sculpture by the guy who created the Kelpies.

In Edinburgh, I had time to call in on Mum, before two MSc supervision meetings and a chat with one of next year's class. 

At the end of the afternoon I did Mum's shopping and visited her, before meeting up with A, L and K for a "raclette" meal at Le Di-Vin.
