Hawaii Nine-O By Degrees, London

My first day back at work since "the hand". I didn't have to go in as my doctor's note covered me until next week but I thought I'd better show willing. This was a mistake - my boss was initially sympathetic but then turned into the sociopathic gaslighter I've come to expect. Basically it boils down to me being unwell or taking sick leave makes me persona non grata. I'm so close to telling him to shove it where the sun don't shine.
London today was absolutely boiling, especially when you couldn't escape to the shady side of the street. I loved this man on his trike - half Hawaiian shirt, half beard!
Extra, "This Is Off The Wall", I took because I thought she looked so cool. Something I never look like in this kind of heat, but it's now Friday evening and I'm so glad to be home and away from all the crap relating to work.
