Problem: how do I follow yesterday's "flight of the bumblebee"? Solution: the lawn was the backdrop yesterday, so make it the star today. The article I read when I first learned about Blip towards the end of 2020 described people recording the weather in their journals.Today East Anglia was one of the regions officially declared to be in a state of drought, so what could be more appropriate than a close up of a section of our lawn? Harsh sunlight, temperature around 30 deg C, dried grasses & mosses scattered with the dessicated fallen leaves from the poplar trees at the far end of the garden.
