Another one down

Not sure when I bought this book - but I suspect after a work trip to Florida many years ago, as it is set around Miami and the Everglades - and I often like to read books which capture the essence of a place visited. Started this one yesterday on the train to London and was so captivated when I woke up this morning had to read it right through to the end all 400 pages - I'm a fast reader - have to be in my line of work. Slightly surreal in places but fun - a book by Robert Harris about Pompeii is next on the list - see yesterday's blip

Took my mum out bike riding this afternoon to show her how to change gears on her mountain bike then a flying visit to Tubs and La La, stopped by Ali and kids house on the way to N's - they have so much energy was taken out by a flying leap by the minx - only minor winding!!

Home for tea....
