Ripsnorted

Back to the wet room works.

I learned a new word yesterday. It sounds like a mythical beast from the pen of J K Rowling. The ripsnorter.

In fact it is a circular saw used to cut through boards etc. ideal for lifting floors as can be seen in the blip. (A lot of other tools and some hard physical graft have also been involved.)

So very much back to basics. The solum has been cleared. The old joists removed. And the rebuild can begin.

It was a lovely day again but with a freshness in the east wind. Indeed by late afternoon there was a hint of haar as the cloud cover came in and the temperature dropped. Such a change from last night. The moon was not visible tonight.

The cloud was so low that the Red Arrows fly past over the Tattoo did not take place - or as far as I could see did not take place. So that potential blip never arose!
