Cupcake Sunday

This is one of my neighbours, Daniella.
She called me at 12.15 this afternoon, I told her I was watching a programme on the food channel about cupcakes.
'ooh I love cupcakes, tell me how to make them, show me please, I'll be ready in half an hour max' she cried.
It is now 7.36 and I have only just got back home, we, well she, spent over £70 on pretty much everything in the baking section of homesense (cooking is not her thing, she can't even boil an egg, we had nothing to start with, apart from the egg)
Apart from the insane amount of time (and money) it has taken, we have had such a fun afternoon, so full of laughter, we are seriously considering a weekly cupcake Sunday. Considering she hasn't made anything before, it's been a pleasure seeing her enjoy baking so much that she's keen to keep it up.
