Bainbridge Island

We are still on a roll with the beautiful weather! This is taken on the ferry to Bainbridge, an island community about 40 minutes from Seattle. We had spectacular views of Seattle from the boat. Bainbridge has a great bookstore and lots of craft stores, including a fancy place to buy yarn that was a big hit with our knitter, Th. We had delicious fish & chips at "Proper fish" for lunch and dinner back in Seattle at "Annapurna". We did laundry at R's and are getting set for the next leg of our trip tomorrow. We've seen a lot of Seattle and are very grateful to Th and R for hosting us and taking such good care of us during this very special week! It will be hard to say goodbye tomorrow :(
