Gordale Scar

We got in a quick early morning visit to Gordale Scar today before saying goodbye to Malham and the Lime Croft cottage. We have been unable to do some of the traditional walks around Malham because it has been just too hot during the afternoon, in the high 20s. It was still really warm at Gordale Scar at 9am. We'll definitely be back another time to do the other walks when it's a bit cooler.

On the way home we had a picnic at Tebay services.

We got back in time for Orla to have her first piano lesson in a few weeks.

It was a bit cooler back home in Scotland (about 25 degrees). We had a barbecue in the evening. Orla and Conor played some swing-ball.
