A few laps of F1 circuit… running of course

It would have been rude not to whilst I was here. The circuit is really tough to run, with a very steep hill up towards the casino. When I lived here and in previous years when I have visited I really struggled to run it. Today I did it 3 times and my pace was really good. Shows what progress I have made!

In the evening we went to the Stadium to watch the Diamond League athletics which was amazing! Some incredible athletes and so much to watch. Long jump, High jump, pole vault, javelin, triple jump and several different track events including hurdles, 200m, 100m and 3000m. A brilliant evening!
