It looks like our entire crop of Victoria plums will be lost through plum moth. This is the first year since we planted the tree that it has produced a good crop, and every single ripe plum that we've picked has looked like this. It's a bit difficult to see, but the image thumbnail shows the culprit in this plum; the small pink larva of the moth.
The best advice that I can see is to remove and destroy all of the fruit to prevent the larva from maturing into next year's moths, and then use a pheromone trap.
