Sunday Morning Yoga

My lovely in laws gave me this yogi toes mat towel for my birthday.  No more slipping and sliding around on the mat for me!

This was the last Sunday with Fay at Calm on Canning Street.  The price for hiring the studio has gone up and the numbers going along have been too variable.  It's a real shame as it was a great class for a Sunday morning.
