The monster

I'm afraid all the photographs at the moment are full of harvest but it will be good to look at them in the depths of winter!
T and family are sitting up in the cabin which is well air-conditioned and the combine has just finished offloading oats into the trailer  - see extra photograph. The oats are my favourite crop to look at as the ears are so pretty and the straw is a wonderful golden yellow.  With luck T will finish the harvest tonight or early tomorrow morning.
