Sundial Bridge

Before getting back in the car and continuing north, we took an early morning walk down to Redding's Sundial Bridge. Eleven years in the making, it provides a stunning pedestrian walkway across the Sacramento River. It seemed appropriate to include the rising sun, even though it resulted in some lens flair. Would love to see it at night, but that will require another trip (perhaps when we return south in a week and a half).
