Scones

D made gluten free scones for the second day running. This time they were with sun-dried tomatoes and olives. They are excellent.

Otherwise, I ate a lot of lettuce, as it is starting to bolt. I don't think we have ever been so successful with lettuce. The beans and courgettes have all wilted a bit but there is plenty from them. The tomatoes have been topped today and who know... maybe we will have some red tomatoes. I'm afraid that I doubt it will happen.
