Summer Holiday

We have finally got away on our summer holiday... we have come to Scarborough for a week in North Yorkshire.

We have a nice little cottage with countryside around us and we can just see the sea and the castle out the front windows too (in photo). N’s mum has come across from Harrogate to join us.

We made good time on the journey and spent an hour on the beach before check in at our cottage. N’s brother and his wife came across for a day or two as well. We met them on the beach.

Back to the town where N and I first met... 30 years ago! It’s nice to tell L all about it.
