Blackcurrants

We collected more blackcurrants from the allotment today - these are for freezing to provide a blackcurrant crumble for lunch later in the year. It has been a good crop this year - as we have had plenty of sunshine … sometimes it seems like too much sunshine and the threat of ‘global warming’ - but we are just enjoying it!
