They Escaped!

A suuuuper hot and humid day, the hottest to ever be recorded in Ibiza - 42 degrees with a real feel of 45 because of the insanely high level of humidity.  We spend a lotto the summer with sweat dripping down our bodies and faces, it's not very pretty!! Today we decided to take government advice and stay indoors, we're really fortunate to have aircon which we definitely made the most of. The kids pottered and watched the football with Danny, we carried on with our crafty gift project...and then early evening braved the great outdoors to collect Blue and head to the Chaplaincy where the Vicar and his wife, Adrian and Linda, had put on an Escape Room for these guys...complete with pizza and ice-cream if they cracked the code. A brilliant time nattering with the other parents, and the kids had a blast. 
Still very hot, due to still be 40 at 1am! Mental.

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Aircon.
2) Danny making us an amazing brunch, and both kids eating mushrooms...and enjoying them. The times they are a'changing.
3) Adrian and Linda's generosity and hospitality. They're an amazing couple.
