Up close with the Golden Lion

I met up with two university friends I've not seen for a long, long time in London.

We wandered around the Royal Parks in the heat, then ended up at the Golden Lion pub in Mayfair. After the sun ate into the shade outside, we moved upstairs, with a fine view of the pub sign.
