Zucchini Linguini

Our 3-from-1 zucchini plants have ramped up production.  I picked one large squash yesterday, and today there are 4 in its place!  Needless to say we're eating zucchini everyday. I'm trying to get creative by using as many different recipes as I can find. Grilled zucs are always good.  Yesterday was Zuccotash, my version of succotash - zucchini & corn instead of lima beans. And tonight we are having zucchini linguini, with freshly made basil pesto. HmmHmmmMmmm.  I'm accepting any zucchini recipe ideas!! Anyone want a squash?
