The scaffolding is gone

As a first present for S on her birthday I got rid of the rubbish left by the roofers on the back deck and the bricked patio in front of it. Swept up all the fallen leaves, twigs and branches, and then together we worked on the planter boxes at the front of the house as well.

Preparing dinner for tonight; daughter and Auckland grandsons will be here. C will provide the cake.  Posting this earlier than usual to ensure I do it.
