He tasked me to buy ingredients for lunch (Pangasius/Dory, and others) but did not really like how the dish turned out. Told him that when I cook it the way I usually prepare it (steamed with some spices), it tastes better. He says he likes Tilapia (and other fish species over Dory) as the flesh itself has a flavor when cooked. To each his own, I guess. During events (both work and non-work related, knowing there is fish fillet included in the dish selection always makes me smile).
