Burning!

Up town, sweltering so it was. A midday BBC show (Breaking the News) in the Spiegeltent. Terrific stuff - particularly from Andrew Maxwell who appeared to be still pissed from the previous night and took it from there.   The weather and heat was much commented upon. The rest of the planet is up in flames but at least we’re able to wear open toed sandals for the first time. Haw haw, indeed.
Later, back up town to quaff in the Bow with SW, and BigPhil and his son Chris. and then onto Bannerman’s to join up with Rog and his pal Alan and hear the very wonderful Pygmy Twylyte. Hot plate heaven at the Green Hotel was particularly good. Rock on, people!
