Tea time

We were having a cup of tea in the garden when Mr Pigeon decided to join us. He comes after the other birds have been on the fat balls. Then he eats all the bits they dropped on the ground. The birds haven't been on the feeders during this heat unless they've been very early in the morning.
I found myself looking at snowy pictures to feel a bit cooler. The house is hotter than its ever been, 27deg C downstairs with curtains drawn at the back and the fan on.
