Hot hot hot

I am sat outside with a cuppa enjoying the sun getting ready to leave us. I’m older now and have decided I love the sun but not too much. It has been lovely and warm and we have enjoyed swimming today and then being outside in the rays. Swimming was lovely. Maybe the gym will follow soon too. Running is also on the list.
