Eventually

My current library cookbook is due back this week and I've not managed to get round to making anything until this weekend. Lamb Chops with were marinaded overnight with a mint, turmeric and orange dressing. Great for today as we went to cinema late afternoon to see Elvis so popped them in oven once back on a tray with onions, bit of cous cous and voila! 
The rain has it appears been torrential in parts of the East, West and North of Scotland, We heard thunder but not a drop here!
