Henge

Mono Monday’s theme for today is Minimalist. 

Compare it to the Parthenon, the Taj Mahal or Winchester Mystery House, and Stonehenge is definitely minimalist. Like this photo (and, I admit, the effort required to take it). 

This is from a desk calendar, with one photo for every day. A calendar of dates but not days, so it’s a perpetual calendar of amazing photos from around the world. Halfway through the year, you turn it around and carry on. And the image for today, serendipitously, is of Stonehenge.
