Mediterranean diet

A run along the coastpath to Maenporth with Flo.
The others went to Gylly beach and played with kayak and paddleboard. Luna and I stayed in the shade in the garden.
H cooked a Mediterranean anchovy thing (like a pastry-based pizza) after the deli 2 doors away had provided the missing ingredients.
