This morning’s dawn sky……

Golds and greys were the prominent colour tones in this morning’s dawn sky. A cloudy grey, somewhat chilly day followed. Duncan was busy preparing for a return to his home in Dunedin. He spent some time with Keith late morning. He reported that Keith was enjoying a very nice lunch. Duncan left to spend a night en route with an aunt and uncle in Christchurch. Maisie, the cats and I will really miss his company and support. We have extremely stormy, very wet weather predicted for later this week. I made sure to get firewood protected from the rain to come.
