Modern Triathlon

Flo ran 12k to St Michael’s Mount and back and then disappeared on a big bike ride.
I contented myself with a 10k.
Then Luna and I waved the others off on a mackerel fishing trip.
C: no fish caught.
F: no fish caught.
H: one fish caught*

*so small that it had to be thrown back.

But the guide provided us with 4 mackerel out of the common bounty.

I then had to walk to Long Rock to get dog food. Returning to join the others at the promenade pub for £3 Doom Bar!

Then we ate the mackerel with chips from the fish ‘n’ chips shop. Gorgeous.
