Feeding Frenzy
When we got to the Hive Beach this morning there were flocks of seagulls in a frenzy at the water's edge. We found out why when we walked over lines of dead whitebait as we entered the water. I can't fathom what might have caused the mass deaths, but the gulls (and other sea birds) were taking full advantage.
And in the background is one of the racing boats from Lyme Regis.
