Walk to dentist, hear good news!
Cool, fresh air returns.
Bit of a mixed day. Aren’t they all! First night back at home and Ben slept well :-) We had a quieter day which is not always a good thing for Ben, who likes to be 'on the go' all the time. I had to organise his emergency dental appointment and wait in for a diabetes supplies delivery. Then we played some monopoly and went to the park for a quick swing. He got upset after lunch for a couple of reasons, he did settle eventually but it’s very intense when he’s chasing around angrily, so it’s all quite draining. I was worried he was too overdone to handle the dentist appointment but actually we walked there and he was great. Also the dentist said that the sore, wobbly back tooth is actually a baby tooth - big relief.. we don’t have to worry about it falling out! We had been told previously by the dentist that he’d lost all his baby teeth, hence the worry but as long as it’s worked out in the end, all is forgiven! He’s definitely highly strung at the moment though, we’re increasing one of his medications slightly tomorrow, so it’ll be interesting to see if it helps at all. The weather has cooled down a lot too, it’s still muggy but not as hot, by any means. Down side is that the light is not so good for photography, so this is just a bit of our tree in the garden, looking almost autumnal already.. shocking!
