Holiday escape

We got up this morning and noticed that there was dirty water running out the drive of the sewage treatment plant across the valley. After much telephoning to local government offices I discovered that today was a public holiday and no-one was working. Eventually I got our friend Ermelinda who said "I'll phone the president". 12 minutes later a pickup truck arrived and the flow dried up.
