Garden cat

The door has been open all day for Jasper to come and go as he pleases. He loves following me around when I go in and out collecting veg from the polytunnel. He sat with me in front of the window looking at the dahlias chasing flies. My favourite kind of lunch today, make it up as I go along salad, todays was - lettuce, shredded cucumber and carrot, sautéed rainbow chard and yellow courgette, toasted walnuts, chickpeas toasted in chilli powder, honey mustard dressing and torn prosciutto.
