Frenchtoast!

This one is just for Frenchtoast  - the boathouse at the Old Court Chapel in Strangford.   
This evening we had a fabulous RIB boat trip on Strangford Lough,  a Sloanehill Ladies event. There were 9 spaces on the boat, there were 7 Ladies,  1 husband (N.) and 1 son (M, who's 15 - he deserves a medal,  out with a group of mostly women!). We started at Whiterock with Andy as the captain. We travelled the length of the Lough,  right down to Strangford  - or as the Vikings would say Strang Fjord - and we heard a lot of history of the Lough,  Andy really was an absolute mine of information,  all delivered with humour.  We then ended up in our house for pizza and wine and a lot of chatter and laughter. It was a fabulous evening, and if you ever have the opportunity to try it, I can heartily recommend it.  
And the reference to Frenchtoast  - this is where we had a coffee together,  before the wedding of her son and daughter-in-law, the boathouse is available for the happy couple to spend their wedding night  - it was beautiful and very romantic.
