On yer Bike...

Toby365 and I went out on a bike ride... (If you know me, that sentence will be one that you have to re-read!!!)

I live next to this amazing bike track, through the countryside, next to a lake, a canal and under this very urban bridge...

I've been living here 2½ years and this is the first time I've gone down it!!!

We did 6 miles... Now I have VERY sore sitting bones and an ouchy bottom... :(

Good fun tho... Will aim to get on the bike once a week!
