It's raining!

I took a few photos earlier today of blue tits and starlings visiting the garden, and some of the roses that are again in bloom, but when it began to rain early evening I knew I had to record it.  The last time that I noted that it rained was 1 June although we may have had a few drops since..
The showers only lasted an hour or so in total but as we are in drought here in SE England it was an event!
Who would have thought that we'd be so pleased to see rain, although Mr MC will not be happy if it continues on Wednesday as he is going to Lords.
