Oh dear!!!

Do not attempt to make a cake when you are tired. It never works. This is a recipe for a banana cake that my son-in-law makes regularly. His is light and fluffy and tastes delicious. I’m not going to try to describe what this is like. I don’t think it helped that I put it in the top oven, too close to the element and it started smoking. Oh well. Let’s try again tomorrow. I’m having an early night.
