A session at the gym this morning, trying to get my creaky knees going after a weeks orienteering.

The forecast was for rain all day but a short shower on our dog walk this afternoon. Rather liked the raindrops on this flower as I passed by.

Spent time planning for and entering a few events over the next month or so.
