POTL Taqueria is a summer pop-up by Prawn on the Lawn, Padstow
Spicy margarita with veggie taco, crushed spicy potatoes and padron peppers, sea salt, olive oil

Haven't even photographed my meal before but was a strange day.
Annual leave from work didn't actually get around to doing anything I had planned, heard that a friend from work was upset texted to ask if she needed a chat. That text culminated in me going over to see her, via another friend who was stuck in a garage waiting for her car to be fixed, and us all chatting over a couple of cups of coffee. Then a short walk for a very late lunch in a restaurant that does a lot of fund raising for the hatchery
