Updating …

Indeed this is taking several long minutes. The update started at 5pm and now it’s 8:40pm and it’s still updating.

And all because I asked IT Helpdesk about a random blank message box that sometimes popped up when I opened email. Next thing I knew they were uninstalling Office Professional. Unnerving and bound to cause follow up more severe problems :-(
