Dry

Wet wet day so took a few diversions out of the rain. First to Soutra Cafe which has the best views ( I can’t believe I’ve never been before) even on a murky day.
Had heard Gladhouse was running rather dry so nipped over to take a look. Can honestly say I’ve never seen it so low and the little island I swam to last year is nearly a shallow paddle across.
Only a couple of cars defying no parking ban and only a couple of brave paddle boards defying the incipient rain and lightening.
As did we, quick 5k on Porty prom then home to tea and the papers and a rather unsettling documentary on Netflix. The Girl in the picture. Compelling but rather horrifying.
