Tamale Eating Contest

Debbie and I rode to the Open Streets festival on Magnolia. Lots and lots and lots of people and dogs. Booths of all kinds. One of the activities was a tamale eating contest. Here is my friend Brian, on the right, showing his winning form. He ate 20 tamales in 5 minutes. And to win, he had to keep them down for 5 minutes afterwards. Won $250.
